The environment
In New Zealand REM SYSTEMS operates in a modern office/warehouse complex of 3000 sq. metres adjacent to Mt Wellington, Auckland. Our building has a dedicated customer service area, seven meeting rooms, and video-conferencing facilities. Ample parking space is available for staff and visitors.

In Australia REM SYSTEMS has office and warehouse facilities in North Ryde, Sydney.

Training
REM SYSTEMS values employee development and provides employees with opportunities to enhance their professional and personal growth.

Internal technical, sales and management training is provided on an ongoing basis in relation to the developmental needs of the company.

Staff members are also routinely involved in extramural training as is appropriate to their position.

Staff Input
REM SYSTEMS recognises the importance of valuing employees’ feedback in relation to their roles within the company.

Each year two weeks are dedicated to staff reviews by directors and management in Australia and New Zealand. This is a key function of the successful operation of the company.

Social Club
Building strong interpersonal relationships within the company is an important part of our success.

Each staff member at REM SYSTEMS belongs to a company social club which organises regular activities for members and their partners such as ten pin bowling, petanque evenings and dinners at various local restaurants.

We also recognise the importance of injecting fun into our approach to work. Past sales conference venues have included the Bay of Islands, Waiheke Island, Taupo and Rotorua in New Zealand and international locations such as Norfolk Island and Hawaii.

Australian staff have joined New Zealand staff at these venues.

Our administration staff also make an important contribution to the development of REM SYSTEMS and they have subsequently been invited to theatrical productions like Riverdance and The Phantom of the Opera in gratitude for their services.
