Opening an account
Please contact our customer service team for an account application form. You simply fill it out, sign to accept the terms and conditions and return it to us. Remember to include your email, fax and postal details. If you need help or have questions please get in touch.
Ways to pay
If you have an account with us, you can use any normal business payment method.
If you’re not an account holder, in the interim we can send you an invoice for the products you’ve ordered and get them on their way to you as soon as payment has been received. We accept payment by credit or debit card, direct credit to our bank account, or cleared funds from a cheque.
We’ll confirm the expected delivery cost and time before you order. For consumables, next-day delivery from our warehouse is normally available. For capital equipment the delivery time depends on where the manufacturer is based and whether they have any in stock.
We chose our delivery companies with care and closely monitor their performance.
Please ask for warranty information before you order. Most of our products come with a one year warranty from the manufacturer.
If you need warranty information for a product we supplied, please get in touch. By giving us a unique identifier, such as its serial number, we can normally let you know its purchase date and warranty details.
